Statement of Faith
Tens of thousands attend Sharon churches every week. While the congregations range from small groups to some of the largest in India and abroad, all our members share a set of beliefs known as our Fundamental Truths.
Our aim is to worship the Almighty heavenly Father, the God and his only begotten Son Jesus Christ, filled in Holy Spirit and to encourage Pentecost believers to have fellowship and spiritual growth.
To accept and teach the practices based on the Holy Bible and to resist the heretical teachings that are against the practices of the Holy Bible.
We believe that to lead a holy life, the help of the Holy Spirit is very essential

Sacrements
Water Baptism
All those born again believers by accepting Christ in their hearts as saviour must accept the water immersion Baptism, the commandment of Lord. It is a public witness of the believer that he is baptized in to his death, buried with him, raised from the dead, as Christ was raised to live a newness of life. (Mathew 28:19, Acts 10:47, Rom. 6:4). The minister, who conducts the Baptism service, should be either an ordained or a licensed one and must be in accordance with the Great Commission given by Jesus Christ (Mathew 28:19)

Lord’s Supper
Lord’s Supper is a clear sacrament given in the New Testament. Lord’s Supper can be observed at any time as per the convenience of the Church. Those who are baptized in water by immersion in the name of the Father, the Son and of the Holy Spirit and also leads a holy life are eligible to take part in the Lord’s Supper

Holiness Decisions of the church
The basis of the Church exists on the doctrines of Holiness in accordance with the scriptures. The consciousness that “without holiness no one will see the Lord” is being a strong stimulus. Everybody has to examine their hearts in light of the scripture to lead a holy life of consistency. All members of the Church should always be vigilant so that not to be conform to the pattern of this world, and thus the love of this world may enter in heart and as a result it become the craving, lust of eyes and the boasting of what he has.
Thus, the minister and church members should maintain the rate of holiness in their personal lives, homes and pulpits. They have to re-dedicate themselves and to keep self-controlling not to conform to the pattern of this world through their attitudes, self-interests, carnal posture and harmful combination.

Society
While recognizing the inherent right to sovereignty in self governing, the church has all freedom to have fellowship with other congregations having the same doctrinal beliefs.
